I have worked in the fashion and retail world for almost a decade. My every day was about wearing different hats based on the needs of my customers, associates, and fellow managers. I was their personal shopper, teacher, leader, and teammate. Through my visual merchandising career, I was always engrossed in how the visual appearance of my store could move the needle on our profit. I would be methodical in my floorset moves and SEE results. I was constantly thinking on my toes and adjusting product as we noticed a dip in sales. It just felt natural that I would take that hands-on experience into the digital world.
